In a city just south of Nashville, Tennessee, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment would range anywhere between $500 and $1,200, depending on what quality you’re looking for. The average is about $650 or so.
Once you get into Nashvile, though they get just s little pricier. They range from about $600 to $1,400 there. And the average is about $725 or so.

I lived in a quite sizeable apartment in New Tampa, FL — the ritzy part of Tampa, if you will. Our 2/2 with two huge balconies, one huge enough to enclose as a third bedroom, was $865 – that’s with a month of free rent pro-rated over the year. Gotta love move-in specials.

why not look in renting in part of your local newspaper.
look online under your local newspaper and go to classified section and then click on for rent. there are lots of options there and just start calling around. and call mobile homes -people rent their mobile homes too.
but you have to have the money ready before picking up the phone
have ready: 1st months rent, last months rent(thats security deposit) money to put utilities in your name, if you cant do this then you are not ready to rent.
but use the phone to find the prices in your area.
