What Month Is The Best Time To Find Apartment Specials?

My lease is up in October, 2007. When would you say the best month is to start looking for a new apartment and catch specials. I live in Atl, great rental history, this will be my third.

    In general there are no “real” trends when it comes to finding an apartment deal. It will all depend on your local market and the type of area you live. The first person is right in a sense. If you live a college area then late spring when they all move out. But otherwise there is no real trend.

    early summer, when all collage students are out of school and at home.
