We have finalized our first Disney World (Orlando) vacation for 6 dagar / 7 nights. We are 2 families with 5 adults and 3 Barn (Boys 12 och 5 and a Girl 7). We will be staying at Saratoga Springs Resort inside Disney world. We have a Park Hopper pass. We would like suggestions from people who have visited on the following:
1. 100% Must see places / things / events at Disney.
2. Best way to utlize the time on a daily basis.
3. Tips to save money on dining (We have not purchased the dining plan)
4. How to spend the time after the park is closed in the evening.
5. Any other suggestions to make the trip, a good one to remember.

Tisdag, 13 juli, 2010My husband and I are looking to plan a vacation this year. We want to take a trip south- to tropical islands or florida area. We have a 9.5mo old and a 5yr old who is in kindergarten.
We have NEVER taken a vacation before. It will be only for one week but I didn’t want to do it in July or Aug because it is WAY too hot, especially for the baby (we are pasty north-easterners).
Would it be wrong to take him out of school for a week in late may or early june?
How Expensive Is A New York Vacation?

For anyone who’s been to NY, is this a realistic amount? So far I have found some decent hotels going for around $150 a night. I am mostly worried about the higher cost of food, Resa, Etc.
