Tuesday, January 19th, 2010I returned back from holiday 2 weeks ago having flown from London Heathrow Terminal 1 to Newcastle Airport only to find that my luggage did not arrive with me. Despite numerous phone calls to British Airways and threats of legal action, I am still without my case after 16 days. This leads me onto my question : ‘Is is possible for me to gain access to delayed/lost luggage with permission from British Airways or Heathrow Airport?’ In doing so, I will hopefully be able to retrieve my luggage and close this complete mess of a situation once and for all. Any similar stories would be interesting!
