Thursday, November 19th, 2009My apartment rental agreement just ended. It was one year contract and the owner said if i want to stay, I would have to get another 1 year contract and raise the price. I wanted to stay month to month base. The question i have is, is this legal? Is it mandatory to sign another 1 year term? He is also raising the price. Is there certain amount they can raise? If this is unfair, i would like to move out to new apartment so please help me.

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009I have been seeing this boy for bout 3 months now,
first time we met was in a bar, he asked for my number i gave it..he called me a few days later and we met up and went to my flat watched movies and talked, nothing happened..i was surprised as i thought he would try it on with me.
Second time we met again at my flat and we another movie and ended up kissing and had a little touchy touchy nothing to forward.
I then went on a week holiday to Italy which he too was going with his friends we met up over there, he held my hand as we walked to his apartment, again we did a little touchy touchy.
When we returned home he invited me over to stay at his for the night, we ended up having sex and he cuddled and kissed me after and held me all through the night, it felt really natural and comfortable.
This boy is really sweet to me he calls when he says and he compliments me ALL the time, but recently i txted him saying i was starting to have feelings for him but i was scared to tell him.. and he replyed no that ok babes, i wont lie to u i enjoy your company and you make me feel good when we are toghether.
His sweetness seems to good to be true in a way.. :/

Saturday, October 3rd, 2009I have no one to talk to about this. My girlfriend and I have a daughter who is 3. She was a great mother. Recently our relationship has been getting worse – she was violently raped over 10 months ago. It was in our home and our daughter was there though she did not witness it. She went to counseling, we both went together. We moved into an apartment and sold our old house. She stopped being so close with our daughter and with me. She became such a cold person, I couldn’t recognize her anymore. The counselor said it was “normal”. I’m doing everything I can,i’m trying so hard to make things better for her. I sometimes leave her alone with our daughter so she can have alone time with her but nothing has changed. I ask her if she wants to come to the park or tuck her in bed and she refuses. Oftentimes she holds our daughter and cries, she still cries though it’s been so long in counseling. The counselor says it takes a long tiem.
My niece (who is 
lost her mother and I have to look after her because I’m the only person she has left. My niece lives in Italy so I plan to go there for a couple of months or more to sort everything out. My girlfriend asked if I would do something for her but not question her about it, and I said yes. She told me to take our daughter with me and I said no. I told her she’s not thinking straight, I told her she was crazy – I didn’t mean it, it just came out. I’m leaving for Italy next week and she is serious about what she said. She’s packing our daughter’s clothes and we had an argument about it today. I lost it and screamed at her, i told her she was cold-hearted. I just want to shake some sense into her, I don’t know why she doesn’t want our daughter anymore , she won’t tell me why. Please help. Can you help me. I’ve spoken to the counselor but all they say is the same damn thing.

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009Hi so I’ve rented an apartment from a woman in Italy via Craigslist. I have wired her my deposit, and she seems very legit.
For the balance, I must pay for 1,000 euros, and I dont want to carry that with me as it is a large sum. I dont want to wire it to her, just in case she makes off with it.
I’ve looked at every other alternative and I just can’t seem to find a way to do it.
Should I just trust her and wire the rest?
She only takes wire transfer or cash.
