I have a company trying to fine me for a new paint job when it was a unit I had been in for years. I have heard that they must legally anyways, everytime before they receive new tenants. I just want to know if they are ripping me off (Would not be the first time).

Sunday, October 25th, 2009I’m looking at renting my first apartment (not first rental, just first APARTMENT) and it is a upstairs unit. I never would have given it much thought, but I can see pros and cons of upstairs and downstairs apartments. My main concern is I have a 19 month old daughter and am wondering how much trouble it will be going up and down stairs all day and if she’d wander outside and possibly fall down the stairs? I know it is a longshot, but what do you all think?
How Do I Find A Two Bedroom Apartment In Cincinnati With In Unit Washer And Dryer?
Monday, August 31st, 2009I keep doing searches on all kinds of apartment rental website and craigslist and I can’t seem to find an apartment in the Cinci/Northern Kenctucky area with a washer and dryer, safe part of town, 2 bedrooms for less than $800/month. I am open to leasing an apartment, condo or house. My search keeps coming up with washer and dryer hookups available… No! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
